As most of you have probably already heard, we have lost a friend and a true Saskatchewan angling and tournament fishing legend.  Bob Schlosser passed away this last weekend, June 9, 2018.

The SWT and those of us who love the sport of tournament fishing owe Bob a debt of gratitude.  Bob was a founding member of the Saskatchewan Walleye Trail, served on the original board of directors in 1994 and for many years after in various director positions.

On the water he was always a top contender and one of the teams to watch.  To see an example of his skills on the water you only need to look back to 2017 where Bob and partner Kevin Hollerbaum dominated the circuit and ended the year winning almost every major award the SWT has to offer, Team of the Year, Championship Challenge, King of the River, King of the Mountain and Highest Finisher in a Lund boat.

Bob will be missed by many but will live on in the memories of all those who knew him and fished with or beside him.  The SWT wishes to offer our sincerest condolences to Bobís family and friends.

I encourage those who knew Bob to visit the Regina Funeral Home & Cemetery website to view his obituary and leave a note in the Guest Book.

A memorial service will be held at Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4001 East Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
